Space Only — $75 per hour

Rental Hours
Available daily from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, subject to availability.
Rental time includes setup, your event, and cleanup. The space must be cleared by 3:00 PM so we can prepare for restaurant service.
Booking & Deposit
Advance reservation is required.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and time. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
The remaining balance is due according to the rental agreement.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
For cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance, 95% of the amount paid will be refunded. A 5% refund processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.
